Form of Submissions
Communications should state that this is a consultation under the Strategic Environmental Assessment Regulations.
Communications should, where practical, be in electronic format. Large maps should be sent in paper form. Where non-electronic communication is used, four copies (including maps drawings etc.) should be provided. If an existing plan or programme is being reviewed, the web address (if any) of the existing plan should be given. A list of all the bodies to which the communication is being circulated to should be included.
Consultation Deadlines
Where possible the Minister should be given more than the minimum statutory period to respond to consultations.
