Terms and Conditions for Forestry On-line System

Afforestation Scheme

• I am a 'Registered Forester' within the meaning of the Department Register of Qualified Foresters and Forestry Companies Agreement and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Registration of Foresters including all Forestry Standards outlined therein.
• I hereby request approval for this Afforestation Proposal.
• I declare that the proposal meets the conditions of the Afforestation Scheme, detailed in the Afforestation Scheme document as approved under the NDP 2007-2013 and that the proposal is in compliance with the Department's Forestry Schemes Manual, the Forest Service Environmental Guidelines and Code of Best Forest Practice.
• I declare that this application is compliant with all National and EU Legislation.
• I agree to provide all relevant documentation including mapping in support of this application for the development of the lands in question.
• I agree that I have surveyed the lands in question and have prepared the certified species map in accordance with current mapping standards.
• I understand that I must not undertake any forestry work, preliminary or otherwise, before I receive written approval from the Forest Service. Otherwise there will be no entitlement to the Afforestation Grant.

• I am a 'Registered Forester' within the meaning of the Department Register of Qualified Foresters and Forestry Companies Agreement and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Registration of Foresters including all Forestry Standards outlined therein.
• I hereby request approval for this Forest Environment Protection (FEPS) Proposal.
• I declare that the proposal meets the conditions of the Forest Environment Protection (FEPS) Scheme, is in compliance with the Department's Forestry Schemes Manual, the Forest Service Environmental Guidelines and Code of Best Forest Practice.
• I declare that this application is compliant with all National and EU Legislation.
• I agree to provide all relevant documentation including mapping in support of this application for the development of the lands in question.
• I agree that I have surveyed the lands in question and have prepared the certified species map in accordance with current mapping standards.

• I declare that the proposal meets the conditions of the Forest Road Scheme, is in compliance with the Department's Forestry Schemes Manual, Forest Road Manual COFORD, the Forest Service Environmental Guidelines and Code of Best Forest Practice.
• I declare that this application is compliant with all National and EU Legislation.
• I agree to provide all relevant documentation including mapping in support of this application for the development of the Road in question.
• I agree that I have surveyed the lands in question and have prepared the required maps in accordance with current mapping standards.
• I understand that I must not undertake any Road works, preliminary or otherwise, before I receive written approval from the Forest Service. Otherwise there will be no entitlement to the Forest Road Grant.
